• The principal business of Gazprom Space Systems is proving satellite capacity. About 70% of the total company satellite capacity is sold directly. As a rule, the capacity users are big service providers with their own ground infrastructure who provide the satellite-based services to end users.

    The ground infrastructure of Gazprom Space Systems allows the company to use about 30% of the satellite capacity for its service providing business. Communications services are used by government and corporate sector, TV and audio broadcasting companies and the service providers dealing with individual customers.  

  • As a ground communication systems integrator the company provides services on turnkey developing satellite communications and TV networks. This activity is executed by the company mainly in the Russian market where it has all necessary production facilities, licenses and permissions. Besides, the company does this job within its own investments projects aimed at the development of Gazprom Space Systems ground infrastructure. 
  • As a space systems and their elements developer and integrator the company designs and creates communications and Earth observation satellite payloads, ground control facilities, digital on-board control platforms and other key components of satellite systems. At the moment the company carries out these activities primarily within its own investment projects expanding Gazprom Space Systems space infrastructure, but the company is ready to perform such works for external customers as well. The company is licensed to perform such works by the Russian Space Agency. 
  • Having the appropriate ground infrastructure Gazprom Space Systems delivers aerospace monitoring services to Gazprom Group companies and other customers.
